Re: Non-stick frying pans

I have a Calphalon nonstick (really terrible, nonstick coating
was never that good and seems to be wearing off) and two Berndes
frying pans.  The Berndes is GREAT.  I got mine at a kitchenware 
store that's closed now, but I think Williams-Sonoma carries it
also.

NOTHING seems to stick to the Berndes.  My only problem is that it is 
easy to scratch, so you can't really store it stacked with anything else
for example (my first one scratched terribly that way) in addition to
the usual "only use plastic utensils" caution.    I have a glass lid 
for it also which makes it very versatile.
