Hi everybody,
I'm looking for suggestions for a vegan maindish that would be
appropriate to take to a pot-luck. Most of the people are mildly
conservative SAD eaters (OK to try new flavors, but perhaps skeptical of
lots of tofu) so I'm trying to keep it fairly normal. I admit to an
over-reliance on dairy and eggs when I make dishes for a group, so this
is difficult for me!
Also, I'm extremely busy this week, so I would prefer to spend no more
than an hour of prep time (more for baking is OK) for this thing.
Any great ideas??
