which is republished frequently with updates (my version is from 1998
but a new copy is due in Jan.), McD's dips the fries in beef tallow (as
was previously mentioned.)
this is actually a pretty decent book if you are on the road a lot. It
even will tell you about if things have fat, are ovolacto or vegan, and
so on.
