roasted garlic

     For Peggy - 
     
     I don't add any oil or anything to my garlic when I roast it.  I have 
     a garlic baker which is just a clay domed thing to keep the moisture 
     inside.  Any small covered baking dish will do.  I don't peel the 
     cloves in advance, but if you cut the bottoms before you bake, you can 
     squeeze the garlic out like toothpaste.
