Hi Gordon-
You might want to read the information you received when you joined
the list. It clearly states that this list is a vegetarian fat-free
list following the recommendations of Dr McDougall, Dr Ornish, etc for
health reasons. If this isn't what you are looking for then you should
join the low-fat list which includes meat and allows more fat.
