I buy about 2kgs at a time, peel them and toss them in the freezer.
Whenever we feel like icecream, milkshake or just plain hungry, we
chuck a couple in the blender. The longer you blend, the thicker
and creamier the result. If you want it as milkshake, add some
fatfree or soy milk.
