Elmers Glue

I know this is a bit of the subject but could someone please tell me what
Elmers Glue is.  I have a recipe for making 'Flubber' for my daughter and it
is an American recipe which calls for Elmers Glue.  I live in Australia and
we don't have anything by that name here, could someone tell me what sort of
glue it is.
