Interesting question.  The dough bakes at whatever temperture of the
topping recipe.  Most of the pizza recipes that use this dough bake at 450
degrees for 12 or so minutes.


Thanks! I didn't know how to treat it.  Pizza can range from 350-475º so I
didn't want to over do it.  It sounds good!
