Banana Fruit Smoothie

 This smoothie is thick, delicious and dairy free! Make sure strawberries and 
peaches are frozen.

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen sliced peaches                 1 cup frozen whole strawberries
1 cup lowfat soymilk                        1 large banana, sliced ( not 
frozen)

Put everything in a blender and blend until thick and smooth. Great for 
summer days!
