Potsticker's are a dumpling from China. There
are also potstickers from the
other oriental countries called Goyza and other names. Basicly all the same. I prefer the Veg potstickers. It is a dumpling that you fry then steam before eating. A nice appetizer. They do come with a nice spicey sauce to dunk them in! You can make a nice wonton soup using a chx broth and unfried potstickers. Enjoy, Diane |
