I wonder if you've tried Westbrae brand for
whole wheat pasta - I think it's quite good. Although, I've never tried
home made whole wheat pasta - I bet it's so yummy it would be hard to ever go
back to pasta from a box! Hodgson (sp.?) Mills makes one too that's a
little heavy but really not bad ...good luck in your search :
