  12            ounces  canned evaporated skim milk
  15            ounces  canned pumpkin
     1/2           cup  eggbeaters
     3/4           cup  sugar
  2          teaspoons  vanilla
     1/3           cup  whole-wheat pastry flour
     3/4      teaspoon  baking powder
     1/2      teaspoon  salt
  1           teaspoon  cinnamon
     1/2      teaspoon  ginger
     1/4      teaspoon  cloves

The whole-wheat pastry flour in this recipe settles to make a crust.
In large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Blend well. Pour into a 9-inch
pie pan and bake for 50 to 66 minutes at 350F.
