For the person looking for f.f. appetizers, this is extremely low fat and 
delicious, but I don't know if you can get these brands.  
1)  Take some Lifeway cheese (cream cheese alternative that comes in a clear 
colorless plastic oblong tub) and stir in to it some sundried tomato spread 
(in a glass jar in the produce section of the store, I think it's from 
California).  Then spread it on a f.f. cracker (whole foods has a great woven 
wheat that is f.f.) and then sprinkle over that a chiffonade of fresh basil.  
YUM YUM.  If your guests don't mind garlic, mince a clove of it in to the mix.

2)  Take a can of artichoke hearts, drain them, and mix them with the Lifeway 
cheese described above.  Add squeeze of fresh lemon juice, a dash of cayenne, 
and spread on f.f. crackers and then put under the broiler.
