1. Take the tempeh and steam it for 20 minutes. If it won't fit in your
steamer, cut it in half and then see if it will fit.
2. Marinate it in a favorite sauce, worcestershire sauce.... 20 mins.
3. Stir fry it with some veggies long enough to brown on the outside. It's
already cooked. Serve with a nice grain and more sauce and veggies.
