This recipe is called fruity rice. I have it everyday for my breakfast - I'm
addicted!
1/3 cup rice
2 tablespoons dried fruit
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 cups water
Place all ingredients into a microwave safe dish. Place in microwave and
cook on high for 25 minutes. Leave for 10 minutes (to allow excess water to
evaporate). Eat warm or allow to cool.
