My thoughts on succanat: I have used succanat in place of brown sugar for just
about any baked recipe, as well as using it as a sweetener in things like
pancakes, bread, and cookies. I also add about 1 tb of liquid as Succanat
isn't as moist as brown sugar.
I don't like it in tea however.
