This is the best low fat "egg less" sandwich that I have tasted. It's
from the book "Foods That Cause You To Lose Weight". I have made quite a
few recipes from this book and they all were tasty and filling. If
anyone would like me to post more recipes from this book I would be

Eggless Salad Sandwich

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 pound firm tofu -- mashed
1 green onion -- finely chopped
2 tablespoons eggless mayonnaise
1 tablespoon pickle relish
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch salt
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve on whole wheat bread
with lettuce and tomato.
